Hope y’all inspired to clean your trusty pony :)

My bike doesn’t see the rain. I can wipe it down easily; usually, before or after every ride takes like 20 mins, maybe (I’m talking the entire bike just short of taking off the panels). Road grime isn’t terrible. It’s rare to see where I live (maybe two other older gens like it, all driven by guys in their 60s+ who barely get out, I shit you not). People say it’s a lot, but I work long hours as a software engineer, so for me, it’s nice to look at something other than a computer screen, and I think people appreciate it more when they see it in person. I just rolled 33K km the other day, and people are still asking me if it’s a brand new bike (it’s coming on five years now). It’s a good feeling (don’t get me wrong, I track this bike when I can, too she’s not a pavement queen).
