So good on paper, why isnt it showing like obvious cup contenders? Sloppy mistakes. Burnzie and Karlsson are getting caught out a lot. Defense comes first. They can score plenty, but should never be out of position. They can be fire but offensively we are counting on our blue line for too much of our production. Jones is the backbone of the team and veizna capable I believe, but he needs to find himself again. Scoring is not doing enough not enough to carry the team nor the team enough for them. They need to use the space laterally. and at every level; like trying to hang out behind the defense or leading twords the back door pass as a goalie, you, when you cheat, you get burned. We need to skate harder, because we are faster. We need to re evaluate the "playbook", because its hindering our talents. And we need to perform better, because we are elite. And those? Those are coaching issues.
