Chat reps are annoyingly slow so easier to call. The phone line moves fast even if it says a big number of callers or you can select to have them call you back.

They may or may not ask for my name, each rep is different. When I used my $500 code several weeks ago didn't even take my code just my referrals name. The codes I've passed out today have needed my name, car, and code.
