I would also say that Northam and his classmates were about to graduate medical school whereas kollab was in undergrad, so I would imagine that Northam and his classmates should be held to a higher standard. Plus, I would say that racism going on at UVA was systemic, which led a culture of racism rather than 1 doctor.

Of course, Kollab's tweet was terrible, racist and hideous, but its not like there have not been racists before in medical school.
