Hospitals should have the option to turn away people who are pieces of shit.

I can see what you're trying to say, but I can't think of how you would put it down in an actual law book in such a way that doesn't allow hospitals to kick out anyone else. Like, I can see not wanting to treat people that come in for stomach issues because they only eat sugar all day every day and refuse to eat more healthy, but it sets a terrible precedent.

Say you come in with a bullet in the leg, the nurse asks you 'on a scale of 1 to 10 how bad does it hurt' and you say 'shut the fuck up just fix me' - Technically speaking you're being difficult and not helping the nurse help you. If the policy you have in mind is ratified, a nurse having a bad day would have the right to kick you out because you're not in a good mood after being shot.
