Hosting guests again, off the platform - will airbnb boot me if you make future arrangements with guests who already paid on platform?

So, between 50-65% of my bookings these days are repeat guests that orig found me on AirBnB or VRBO. They have been staying with me for years now and they save anywhere from $500-1000 per booking by booking directly with me. They are the best guests who always leave our places spectacular, leave us gifts, send us cards, and welcome us as part of their extended family. When someone books with me and its a great stay, I always offer them a nice discount on a repeat stay when booking directly. We always use short term rental contracts and they send their up front security deposit at booking. I highly advise building your biz this way. As long as you don't set up the additional stays through ABNB, you should be just fine. It might be time to start creating biz cards to leave behind with links and numbers for future bookings.
