[HOSTING] How to Handle Appliance Replacement???

Stay out of the way while the items are being delivered? I'm sorry... do you know how simple these things are? The delivery guys know what they are doing. They'll install those items a hell of a lot faster than you think, and it's not like they're taking up your entire house to do it. You're making this a lot bigger than it is. I'm not seeing any inconvenience. I'm seeing new appliances. He's getting something better than he anticipated.

The washer and dryer work... let him know that they will be replaced on Tuesday with something nice and new. The dishwasher is out of order... Big deal! Yeah... I know it's a big deal to you, and you're making it into a big deal for your guest... but I don't have a dishwasher in any of my rentals, and no one has complained yet. I even get inquiries "Do you have a dishwasher?" I tell them no... and they still book for a month or two at a time.
