Hot Take: Cancel Culture isn't Real | Capitalism allows companies to decide what products they provide and who they hire to protect their brand. This is the way.

I'm not here to carry water for them, just stating that their position isnt solely based on feeling. There is a growing body of research on it.

I'm not sure why that should matter though, because we know that transgenderism is contra nature, the Church teaches that clearly. The Holy Father has referred to the ideology as "satanic."

And? If cancel culture is their religion and he commits a sin against it, then it is reasonable that they have grounds, under traditional tenure rules, to boot him.

I think this is incorrect. The current woke paradigm represents a conflict with the older liberal position which promoted broad understandings of freedom of speech. Iris Marion Young is the best to read on this. Vermule has come under attack for some of his positions/tweets, but has thus far been protected by tenure rules

But they dont, along with all the other professors with wackadoodle views with tenure. Because cancel culture isnt a religion. It's not even real.

You haven't actually demonstrated this, only asserted it, and ignored examples when presented

After all, Land has publicly endorsed a neo-nazi satanist group. Not sure that is the type of group Catholics ought to associate themselves with. Land himself is a self described occultist.

It's interesting, in the link you provide Land doesn't endorse O9A, just says he finds them intersesting. Very different claims. Also, I think you're pretty clearly strawmanning u/Zestyclose_Ad6177 by suggesting he's associating w/ Land, who didn't even coin the term cathedral, for using the term.

So yeah, I can see why you kept your reference to a neo-nazi supporting, racist occultist a secret.

See above, this is a bad-faith strawman
