I'm looking for a way out. Either switch to the 01 program or something non-construction. I work for a pretty big company so it's pathetic they can't treat their hard workers right. They had me running jobs out of my personal vehicle (a 2 door BMW) because they didn't want to spend money to get me a rig. It really made me want to quit but I'm stuck.

A close friend of mine is one of the better tech workers in the field in our division. He got kicked out of the apprenticeship because a teacher screwed him over on a test and he got sent in front of the committee after blaming the teacher. They of course took the teacher's side and kicked him out.

So of course the company jumps to the opportunity to lower his wage down to installer wage and whenever he asked for a well deserved raise they ask, "oh did you get your 06 yet?"... meanwhile they got unlicensed foremen running jobs without a single journeyman in sight. And I'm running jobs with an 06 but it's the unlicensed foremen driving rigs but not me lol such bullshit I'm done with it.
