Hot Springs, Arkansas is switching over to 100 percent solar energy. " The switch to a renewable energy source will save the city an estimated $30 million over the next three decades."

All I can say is good luck. This is Entergy territory. There have been at least 3 solar installions in years past, like 2010, that did not get connected because national park service(or owner for the other 2) and Entergy couldn’t agree on metering. The second building on bathhouse row had panels for years without being connected. They’re connected now, but it took some news about the whole parking lot of the Little Rock VA panels never being hooked up. That was acres of covered parking panels that only shaded your car. Another building in downtown LR also didn’t get connected for years. I know times have changed, but Entergy still charges more for LED than traditional street lights.
