House flooded, looking for advice to speed up renovation (pregnant wife!)

1 priority is to get it good and dry. Especially with a baby on the way. Also get some MMS and keep that on hand, just in case of mold. MMS is sodium chloriTe, in solution. It usually comes with a citric acid solution, as well, but if not then you may have to also get some citric acid.

With the MMS you should not have any trouble clearing up any mold that might appear. It is mixed, drop for drop, with a 50/50 (by volume) solution of citric acid/distilled water which creates chlorine dioxide gas that can kill just about any evil thing from mold to anthrax but you don't want your pregnant wife around if you have use it. It's not toxic but it will displace the oxygen in an enclosed space. It has a very short half-life so it's not like you have to move out of the house when you use it but with flooding, you definitely want something that will kill mold without hurting you. It's very similar in effect and half-life to ozone. As from an ozone generator which you could also use but that would be pretty expensive. MMS is cheap. Some people drink it which I don't recommend but it's excellent antiseptic for real problems like mold. It was used on the anthrax that was sent and contaminated several federal offices and was also used to save many buildings from black mold in New Orleans, after the hurricane.

They removed your actual post so not sure what, exactly, what all needs the work. I know, from experience, that flooding cleanup is about ten times easier with two very useful tools - Tub Trugs are big flexible buckets that can be used to clear out any kind of ruination that will fit into it. They're super strong and their flexibility makes them super easy to carry, even with a hundred lbs of debris in them. SUPER fast clear out and clean up.

The other things you want sound silly but you want Shamwows. If you have the full size ones, they are better than a mop. They hold more water, can be slid into smaller spaces to soak up whatever moisture is in there and they're just generally easier and WAY faster to use than a mop because you can use them on everything. And, of course, you can use the tub trugs as mop buckets or to wring out in, too. I will never be without those two things, ever. They were lifesavers.
