Do the poop seems grosser but mostly sits on top of the carpet. And its a year old. Year old poop is probably the least upsetting flavour of poop. Like really old dog poop; shit dries out.

No big deal, the carpet was destroyed anyway even before the spray paint and needed to be replaced regardless. The urine is the bigger issue. Very worst case scenario, you might have to replace a little subfloor which is pricier now than it normally is, but its not like 30 cats were pissing on it for a decade. Carpet pad probably absorbed most of it and human urine isn't nearly as insidious. No way they pissed enough in a day to soak down to the joists or anything crazy.

Rotten meat is more upsetting. Its definite liquefied meat soup, at this point, but easy enough to get out of the house and hauled away. Residual smell probably wont even be a problem because its self contained. When smells are left in a house its usually because residue is left behind. If the freezer isnt leaking goo everywhere, the issue goes with it.
