House Passes Health Care Bill. Bye Bye Obamacare!

I don't know anything about medical school. I just know it costs a lot of money and it takes a long time so you aren't going to have many slackers going that route. So reduce the loan costs to incentivize more kids to go that route. Then you have more doctors and then maybe instead of a 3 month waiting list to get an appointment with a doctor that can charge whatever he wants you now have 3x as many doctors and maybe the rates go down due to supply and demand. I'm not saying reduce the level of the degrees, reduce the debt. Going to school for 8 years is going to be mostly the cream of the crop scholars. Personally I don't have any doctor friends. I have a few family members with their masters but nobody I know has reached the doctor level. That's a special kind of person, if you ask me.

As for the cameras I think we can make some modifications to that. I look at it like instant replay. The umpire/referee is the doctor. They have to make the right call. They are giving it their best effort, but the wrong call is made occasionally. Not intentionally. As long as the doctor didn't make a bonehead move then he avoids lawsuit. Each procedure gets recorded and we save those records for 3-7 years or longer like they do with medical records. Everything is digital nowadays so it's not like you need a storage room. If an issue ever comes up, we have a team specially trained that can review the video, if everything is kosher we avoid million dollar lawsuits and then we stay out of the court rooms and suddenly we have less need for lawyers(yay!). Like I said, somebody more knowledgeable will tell me where I'm wrong, but this way would definitely lower costs vs. million dollar lawsuits, court and lawyer fees.
