Depends on your exact title and how stretched your duties are, but customer success reps should be around $40,000. $30,000 is too low unless you aren't really doing any actual relationship management. Have a look at Glassdoor if you don't believe me.
Do with that information what you will, but if I were you I would be leaving unless there was a compelling reason to stay (working towards advancement, hours work for your education, good professional development options, etc).
$30,000 is just too low. At that point you might as well sign up for a trade apprenticeship unless you're working on education/certification for a new role where your current position will be helpful to have on your resume. For example, moving into project management or quality assurance.
