Looking at your post history, you’ve been here for I think 2 years? And you’ve already found a new polygamist relationship after your break up with your ‘abusive’ ex. I wouldn’t really count you as a newcomer, just someone who probably doesn’t have a good track record and has other priorities in their mind rather than what’s best for their kid (including a stable home life).

If your ex isn’t letting you take your kid x number of kms away I’m starting to think he has a basis. Family courts wouldn’t let that fly if he had no basis and was truely ‘abusive’.
