I hope everyone’s ready for the fall semester! I ended up scrambling last minute to find a roommate before school started, and ended up trying out this new housing app I read about in the Baltimore Business Journal.

This apps so cool. There’s a built in compatibility algorithm. So instead of relying on someone’s word that they’re “cool”, “funny”, “laid-back”, etc. The app has made an interactive questionnaire based on things like sleep schedule, cleanliness, whether they’re likely to have a party at 2 am – and so on.

I ended up finding an empty room on the app that fit all my requirements (budget, move in date, proximity to CAMPUS) along with matching me up with a like minded awesome roommate right in time for the beginning of the semester. I highly recommend this app because it’s a way better bet than craigslist for finding an awesome roommate.
