Housing: Mission Impossible

They do, but there is only 2 or 3 large companies in this sector in the UK. It's healthcare systems, most other companies wouldn't even try to start in the field, the regulatory, legislative and specialisation required is insane, half our staff are ex clinical scientists to translate what the customer needs, the other half (including me) are deeply tech, but with long history in the medical tech field.

So you either need to be a clinical scientist that wants a full change in career or a bright tech person that has spent the first quarter of your career low paid for your field in the NHS

Seriously, the company pays its staff a £3000 lump sum if they can find anyone suitable and they stay for 3 months

I am oncall 24/7 and work 7-7 weekdays, others do more hours than me, I have seen 3 teammates have heartattacks, 2 strokes and 1 DVT (I expect from all the time he spent in the air commuting from Glasgow to Heathrow). It's not a job for everyone, but if you thrive on crunch it's quite thrilling. I swear I can see my pulse
