They can be dumb and evil. Dumb, because they blatantly ignore the scientific evidence proving that a fetus is a human being that will come out of the womb in 9 months. Evil, because on the rare occasion when they recognize that a fetus is a human being, they scream "my body, my choice" and call anyone who opposes them misogynist and sexist.

The first argument can be disproven by providing said scientific evidence that shows fetuses are human beings that will come out of the womb in 9 months.

You can also disprove the second argument, more moral in nature by saying that once a person is pregnant, it's not just their body anymore - it's the fetus's body too.
