How about this one lately...

Back when we were on full lock down and were only doing curbside, I had this one guy ask me on the phone how to make a BOPS order and I specifically tell him how and what store to click, 1234 Mystery Lane. He then expected it to be ready 1 minute after ordering online, as he was right outside.

20 minutes later, I still have no order. I ask him to confirm the address and said it was my store at 1234 Mystery Lane. The thing is, before my store shut down there was a GS inside a mall that was completely closed and a GS literally right outside the mall. I asked him if he chose our mall store, 4321 Mystery Lane.

Nope, no he chose THIS GS, 1234. I ask if he paid for shipping, its possible he didn’t click Delivery at Door. Nope nope nope, he didn’t pay for it.

Sigh alright, I know where this is headed, but I oblige. 40 minutes later he’s getting pissed. I literally ask him to just come to the store and show me his order on his phone.

Its for a game I didn’t have in the current store. He set his store as the closed mall store, 4321, instead of 1234 like I told him ON. THE. PHONE. IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Oh and guess who paid for shipping? THIS DUMBASS WHO CAN’T READ.

The he asked me if I could just give him the game like it wasn’t being shipped to his house, asked me to cancel his order, and we didn’t even have that particular game.
