Yeah! I mean, so many of us want a neat car, but I bought used vehicles and was 37 before I got my first new car...a Honda CR-V which is not at the top of the luxury or price charts....it's a tall Civic.

It's fine if you want to keep up with the Jonses, but only if they are willing to pay the monthly on your car.

Same for houses. It only makes sense buying more house than you need at the moment if you are planning on popping out kids and are going to stay in that place for a LONG time.

For everyone else, buy less than you want and what you can easily afford.
