I suppose which one is easier would depend on the situation. I didn't decide based on effort anyway. I just wanted to put the onus on others to figure it out. You can understand independently, ask questions, Google things, or refuse to comprehend. I judged people based on what they chose. You might be surprised at who is begrudgingly respectful when they have neither opportunity nor responsibility to handle or respond to the subject. Some bigots are lazy and happy for any excuse not to engage in debate or other forms of heavy thinking. On the other hand, you probably weren't navigating workplace waters as treacherous as I was at the second smallest Walmart in Missouri xd
