I have $50,000 in the bank. I was living with my parents for the past 5 years while working.

And since i didnt pay for food, washing clothing, rent, utilities i was putting over half of my income in savings. (I started with making $36k and climbed my way up) My mom cooked for me.

I just moved out 6 months ago to live with my gf; and suddenly im not really saving money anymore. And my diets gone to shit, im getting fatter. I need to learn alot of things to get used to living independently.

Even with my budget above, I should be saving about $1,000/month; but somehow things keeping up like needing new tires. So its not going up anymore. Also me going crazy with last months shopping spree.
