As an older gay man, I appreciate a guy who approaches me like any other guy. I don't bite unless you want me to. Introduce yourself and I'll do the same. I usually let them off the hook by starting the next questions. Be honest, sincere and see where it goes. I have a friend my age that doesn't date guys 15 years younger. It's his preference but he's always polite and will chat for a while. To be honest, it's a little intimidating to have a younger guy approach us sometimes. Unfortunately, in our world, some guys aren't who the say they are. My advice, if your interested, go for it. If it doesn't, hey you still possiblity met a new friend.
