To be honest, just by your response I don't think you understand pharmacy law. Unsecured medications as described above is Illegal.....While yes TJC enforces Medicare conditions of participation and include the requirement in MM.03.01.01 EP3, TJC is not LAW. But CaBOP does require medications to be secured at all times, not in a hallway that any staff member, patient family member (when allowed during non-COVID times), or anyone in the hospital to walk past and have opportunities to take unsecured medications.

While, yes we have a safe incidence reporting system with "RL solutions", I asked for advice on how to proceed with my manager as the RL would just get directed to them and they are already aware....
