How are you guys handling these types of situations?

Can I ask you for advice on a cpl quick quests?

1) Customer pulls the "it doesn't look right so imma gonna complain before even lookin at da bag," trick. She says she ordered 3 meals, not three items. She very suddenly accused me of "stealing her food." I couldn't contact support. I told her to contact support about 4 different times and left. I expect trouble from that, but idk...I haven't gotten any notifications of non delivery.

2) Tonight customer calls right away to ask if I'll deliver to correct address way further for extra cash. I politely declined and drove to my contracted location and swiped delivery complete, and kept the items. (No support to call again) Anything I could've/should've done differently?
