How to better maximize a healthy weight

What foods are you eating? Like what does a typical day consist of?

So as a rule of thumb, no sides. I eat on a budget, and I eat enough to make me full.

  • Yesterday, I had 2 impossible burger patties (no bread or condiments)
  • Day before, cup of mixed nuts (8 oz), and a bag of radishes (8 oz)
  • Day before that, 1 5 oz plain, fat-free skim milk yogurt, 1 natural peanut butter and sugar-free jelly sandwich (gluten-free, flower free bread)
  • Day before, 1 cup of fat free skim milk, 2 cups of gluten-free wheat pasta with tomato sauce
  • Day before, 3 bananas and 2 cups of fat free skim milk

You're going to read this and assume I'm starving. I am not. Keep in mind, I have been doing this for a while and stuck at over 200lbs. And if that seems like a mystery to you... Welcome to my world.
