You don't follow the Blazers at all do you? Dame is a top 5 PG and you would trade him over CJ? CJ has a good value and would be able to help bolster our bench and maybe even help us get a replacement for one of the starters.

Secondly the Blazers don't sign "big Free Agents" the biggest free agents we've signed in the last 10ish years recently are Jamal Crawford and Aminu. We gave big contract offers to Parsons, Kanter, Greg Monroe, and Whiteside and whiffed. As u/XavierVE pointed out our biggest signing ever was Rod Strickland and that was back in 92. People just don't want to come here as free agents without us overpaying (and even then most don't)

Also Meyers has been doing pretty decent lately, is he playing to his contract level? No but it's fairly close to how much he's worth.
