How to bring confidence up?

Use pick up as a way to practice and develop confidence in your game if you don’t have it. Try new things. It’s nothing serious so no one should care if you drive it to the basket and miss it. One thing I told myself growing up was to trust myself. So if I’m my head I know I can take it to the basket, then I shouldn’t hesitate to do so. This only comes with practice and you won’t know till you try. Also, getting to the rim against multiple defenders will teach you craftiness and an ability to make plays, which is huge. I couldn’t count how many times I got swatted around the basket when I was a teenager. But if I never believed in myself to take it to the basket then I wouldn’t be able to score today. My game primarily revolves around me making a play around the rim.
