Chances are pretty high that someone out there will find you attractive, and I know for a fact there are plenty of people who don’t value appearances all that highly. Start diminishing yourself less and develop some healthy self-confidence. (Not cockiness.) People respond to confidence.

If you’re striking out on dating apps, perhaps do an overhaul of your profile, your way of messaging women, and how you portray yourself. Look at other profiles and see how guys present themselves. You appear to be well-spoken otherwise, so work on not diminishing yourself. So many people aren’t judging you the way you’re judging yourself. Keep that in mind and your confidence and way your communicate will begin to improve.
