Dude, this particular "photo" of hers is PEAK narcissism. I don't mean only this one picture, but I mean the "here's a picture of me in the mirror with my phone up to my face" style of picture she does.

She's literally just staring at what she looks like in the pictures as she takes them. Can't even look away from herself on the phone to try to smile or look pleasant or anything.
