How can I fake social proof without friends?

What grade are you in? How tall are you? How much do you weigh? Glasses or no glasses? Older or younger brother, says you're a loser, but how popular is he?

Say you have friends but their lame losers, so in other words, you can make friends but you want to befriend the cool alpha jocks who are calling you a loser right now, is that right?

Suck at skill sports (football, soccer, basketball)? Join a strictly athletic sport like XC, track, weightlifting or swimming. I'd recommend track as it usually takes less of your time, the season seems shorter, and you can be a sprinter, mid distance runner or a field event guy and not have to sacrifice too much of your gains. If you do swimming or XC, just tell your parents to be prepared with the food, because if you want to keep your gainz and do some serious cardio as a teen who's still growing, you're going to need a lot of calories, A LOT!

Was a no friend loser my freshman year, joined XC, track, and weightlifting and this helped me out quite a bit physically, mentally and socially.
