How can I let myself rest and play video games/watch Netflix/etc?

How much caffeine do you intake? I found this myself that I was kind of a “busy body” and I wanted to do was just stop for even a few hours to actually do nothing/game/watch tv and enjoy it! I realised I was actually having a lot of caffeine and I cut it out, I just choose decaf options for everything I can. I’ve personally noticed it’s helped me hugely! Of an evening I actually manage to just relax and it’s like my brain doesn’t think of 1000 different things I could do, almost like if I just do one last thing THEN I can relax, but it never happening haha. Looking at caffeine intake could help :) if you’re already there then that’s me useless haha totally get where you’re coming from though and hope you find something that works for you
