How can you lose your weight?

As everyone has said here, burn more calories than you consume. There is no quick way to losing a lot of weight as much as those weight loss bullshit pills and wraps and whatever would have you believe. If you care about only losing weight then there are only two things that you need to do consistently to see results: regular cardiovascular exercise (if you're not sweating then you need to increase your intensity) and watching your diet. If a food tastes really salty or sugary, it probably is, and you should consume whatever it is in moderation. Incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet and cut down on fluids other than water (tea and coffee are generally okay).
