how can i move out as a minor?

You can legally move out at 16 (I suppose your parents could try to prevent that through the courts) but where you might run into issues is finding someone to let you a flat or finding a job paying enough to cover expenses. The minimum wage for under 18 is £4.62 and that won’t stretch very far.

You could look into college courses, student halls and loans. I moved out pretty much immediately on turning 17 to go to college. That said, even though my life has turned out just fine, that first year was quite tough. Don’t take it lightly.

If you aren’t in any immediate danger I’d suggest speaking to someone at school about reconciling with your parents or, if you’re still set on leaving, making a plan rather than just moving out in the heat of the moment.

£40 and some birthday money isn’t going to get you somewhere to live. Certainly not anywhere you’d want to live anyway.
