This is an example poem written for me by me for the event.

Hello, how are you? It's that time of year. Where we reflect on good times, and spread festive cheer.

The past twelve months for me, Have consisted of the following;  Got my degree, moved back home And finally I'm done worrying.

About coursework, exams, saving up to go out. I gave in we're all the same, took the nine to five route.

Lost my grandpa, sadly this time, The cancer did win. But the beauty that came from it, Is family gathered for him.

I learned, I loved, I lost, But didn't we all? So this christmas from you, I ask for something small.

A donation to this Hospital, And for that I'll give to you. A small poem about your year, And all that you got up to.
