How can I restore my life back to the path of success? |31M| Unemployed since 2018

I got back in after a ten-year gap in my early 30s. (eight as a SAHP + two back in school.) yeah, I guess I was about 33?

my method was to apply and interview anywhere that seemed even tangentially related to my goals. (I also applied at places that had nothing to do with my career goals, because I had loan payments coming due.)

I settled on a yearlong stint in Americorps (which paid literally at the poverty line and was probably the most frustrating experience of my life)

after that, I lucked into a nice gig and feel fairly established.

Dunno what the future holds: this coronavirus stuff is crazy! but I don’t feel like I’m completely behind the 8ball like I did in 2014.

Try not to over analyze what other people think of you. 99 percent of them are probably too busy worrying about their own stuff to think much about you, one way or another
