How can I "stand out" when I'm texting or talking to a girl?

Just be original and creative. Don't filter, but dare to say stuff that's a little bit weird. Challenge yourself to keep it fresh and don't use canned opening lines. Use stuff like free association to come up with fun stuff. And dare to fuck it up. Because if you want to stay safe with what you say, you're never gonna stand out. A really "cool" guy takes risks and walks on edges.

When I used to do Tinder a lot, I often simply used one of these opening techniques:

  1. Say a totally random word that comes to mind. It beats the hell out of "Hi", and has the same function but more fun. Often, I just named a random piece of really delicious fruit or food. Like: "Strawberries" or "Chocolattte!!!!!!". 99% of the time the girl will just go "huh?" or "... what? :)" etc.

then you just go from there with whatever you want. Sometimes I followed with something cheesy like how delicious it is and that's why I thought of it when seeing her pics. Or that I wanted to eat this with her. I mean, all girls like fruit and chocolate right? ;) But you don't have to, you can also follow up with a random question.

  1. Say something really detailed about her pictures. Or something obnoxious. F.e. something in the background, a tiny accessory she has, a look on her face. Girls appreciate a guy with an eye for detail, and it's usually something she hasn't heard before.

  2. Start telling some random story, without any intro. Something weird that happened to you. Maybe even something you experienced when you were a kid. 100% you will get a specific reaction, she will read that shit and enjoy the originality.

These are just some examples. The possibilities are endless. But the point is, you simply have to get a reaction out of her, one that's specific to your bullshit. As long as that's happening, that means you're on the right track because you got her attention and sparked her interest.

Don't make it so serious, make it a fun playground for yourself. And certainly don't make it a boring job interview where you exchange resumees.
