How a cap on emblems makes them less prohibitive

You're missing the point. People aren't asking for their Stygian wise to have the same amount of power or that it should rain Headhunters. There has never been any item that has the effect that HH has on this league.

Average Joe could run 10 Breachstones and still kill the same amount of bosses as me.
He could kill 10 Synthesized Bosses and still get the same amount of loot as me.
If he runs 10 Emblem Fights and I do 10 with my HH there is no comparison here. It's just beyond stupid the difference it makes.

The argument that you run things faster thus earning more per hour doesn't work when the content has a time limit like this.

And you're right, the meta will change because GGG will never, ever create a fight like this again because HH is in the game. I love HH and don't think it should be removed at all, but for this league mechanic and any future one involving a lot of rares it's too good.
