How do I make chicken that doesn't suck?

If it's too dry, cutting it into smaller pieces might help. Smaller pieces of chicken do seem to stay juicier when cooking them, like thighs or smaller cuts of breasts. I mostly eat grilled chicken cause I'm on a special diet. Some recipes with chicken I like are chicken marsala and General Tso chicken, especially when it's crispy. You could make baked, fried chicken in the oven, and it's so good, especially with thighs. It's just olive oil, and season the thighs with Italian seasoning, or you could use thyme oregano, salt pepper, garlic, and onion powder. If you like a smokey flavor, use smoked paprika, giving food that smokey flavor without the smoke. I have found with meats that when you cook them it seems they always need more seasoning than you think.
