Thank you so much for sharing this, I really thought I was going to get bulldozed during questioning. In the prehearing statement the plaintiff included me under the witness list stating this:

"To the extent that [defendant] does not testify (and thus
be subject to cross-examination by Plaintiff), Plaintiff intends to inquire of
[defendant] regarding the allegations of the Complaint, their answer thereto,
and the exhibits they intend to offer."

Like I mentioned, the plaintiff has an attorney and I'm representing myself. The plaintiff's attorney also listed the plaintiff as a witness. I did not list any witnesses (including not listing myself). In the text above, are they stating that if I do not testify myself during my presentation then they are choosing to call me as a witness so they get the chance to cross examine me?
