How to do a complete career change in Ontario?

Assuming you have a decent GPA and an honors degree, you likely have the academic credentials to get into a MSW program that would allow you to become a psychotherapist.

But some of the programs are not that easy to get into anymore and they actually are getting more applicants than slots they offer. This means it would help a lot to have some academic references (which if you have been out of school for a while, you may not have handy) and/or experience and you may want to spend some time getting some experience doing something related to social work (part time job or volunteering) to help your resume getting in.

If your GPA is stellar, that will usually be sufficient but if not, you are likely going to need to do something to increase your chances. I've heard of people getting denied with decent GPA's to MSW programs (like A average) only to be accepted the next cycle after getting relevant experience on the resume.

Just something to keep in mind and if you are serious, getting a little bit of experience in order to get in, should not be a huge hurdle.
