How to cope with face dysphoria?

A right haircut could help a bit although it's often really a hit and miss kind of thing at first. My parents force me to wear a hijab so a haircut probably won't help much. Eyeglasses also affect your looks a lot of you wear them. I do wear glasses... What sort should I look for? Loosing weight if you are overweight or close to it can also help. I'm already rather skinny... Still cursed with fat distribution and skeletal structure. :| I also recommend builfing muscle and working out. You can do a lot at home without any equipment. Ahh! I have trouble managing my dysphoria when exercising. Any particular guides you'd recommend?
