You cope with any difficult thought that is crushing you by telling yourself repeatedly you 'dont know' if that thing is true and noticing the ordinary feelings in your body right now and forgetting everyting around you and everything you know, as if you were a newborn infant with no preconception of anything. It sounds like you are making yourself unwell with focusing on these things so much, I would personally stop trying to solve anything and not think about it for a while by intention to allow your brain and personality to recover for a few days till you feel better.
