How could a USA woman prevent an unauthorized pap exam while under anesthesia?

I may have misunderstood and misrepresented what I was talking about. I was under the impression that signing one consent cleared the entire team on a procedure. Correct? What I was asking is should there be an entire second consent form concerning pelvic exams IN ADDITION to the standard forms used before surgery? I'm sorry if I'm not asking this in the right way, I'm not too familiar with these processes.

you shouldn't be neutral on this just because it doesn't happen to you. This is a very important thing to have a strong opinion on.

I definitely misrepresented that. I absolutely believe you shouldn't be subjected to anything you don't consent to but I was more curious to see what others in this sub thought of that as far as providing an entire second set of consent forms concerning ONLY a pelvic examination
