I'll just say that I don't think my mother is crazy but it's becoming more and more apparent that her mental capacity is dwindling.
I will preface this by saying that my mother is a former primary school and English as a 2nd Language (ESL) teacher. She taught for almost 45 years. Even though we are in Australia and she had to teach children who spoke almost no English for years on end, she always thought up of logical and interesting ways to teach her students and myself (since, I admit, I am on the spectrum).

Even though we live in Australia, my mother used to watch all kinds of different media to absorb as many different political positions as possible to come to her own conclusions.

Ever since Trump got elected president of the United States, she has been glued to every single kind of Fox News channel show and has to rant to me about how people are "attacking free speech" and that our "livelihoods are under threat due to the radical left".

We live in Australia. I couldn't give a fuck about American politics, or better yet, I don't give a fuck about politics in general. I'm just thankful that my mother doesn't have Facebook.
