How do I curb the problem before it gets out of hand?

If I would’ve had the insight to ask myself this question at your age, and done something about it, I would probably be living on my own private island in the Caribbean with a fully staffed yacht, private jet and a helicopter on standby to take me anywhere in the world I wanted to go on a whim having discovered the cure for cancer or invented the internet or created World peace.

haha there is still time my friend and thank you I suppose, that helps me feel better about my future for sure.

Sobriety is a super power

I am starting to realize this. All of the most successful people in my life stay far from substances.

Do whatever you have to do while you’re young, rehab could be your ticket, don’t shy away from any resource at your disposal.

See I just have to pound it into my head that I need to take all the help I can. I just feel like I will be branded forever as a person with issues. I have to get past that thought and ignore the stigma.

Thank you for the words and taking time out of your day for me.
