What's worse for your body, OP- almost dying, or withdrawls?

I have been through DPH withdrawls before too. It's like the flu X10. Anyone who's been through it will agree it sucks. But at my peak I was taking like 600 mg of DPH, and that was like 8 years ago. I take like 125 mg and I still feel like it hurts me. The point is- if you keep taking those HIGH doses (10+ 25mg pills) it is going to kill you. You will literally lose your life. I would recommend talking to an addiction specialist and see what they come up with for you. If you don't do that, then taper. If you're taking 8 pills, take 5 pills every night for 3 night. You won't feel very many physical symptoms. Insomnia? Yeah, sure. But you shouldnt feel sick at all. After 3 days, go down to 3 pills ( not 4). And then after 5 days, go down to 2 pills for like a week. Then go totally sober for two days. I quit DPH in 2018 like that. I was dating a nurse, and she helped me come up with that kind of plan. It worked.
