My husband’s ESFP best friend is marrying an ENTJ female. She seems to have a formulaic approach to greeting people, I’ve noticed. She almost always has a smile, like it’s a conscious attempt on her part to “look friendly and approachable” at all times.

Then when she greets you, she’ll hug you and give you a compliment. Last night she immediately complimented me on the length of my eyelashes and asked what brand of mascara I use. A few minutes later an ESTP walked up and she hugged that girl and said she loved the shade of her lipstick.

With the men she is flirty and jocular, bordering on being a bit too familiar imo, but I tend to be territorial (SP thing.)

I don’t see her doing the kind of teasing and argumentative stuff and boasting that many male ENTJs do and she is also direct about her wishes without being bossy. And if you do end up crossing her (I’ve done it) she disengages and goes silent for awhile until the tension is gone and then it’s business as usual.
