How do you deal with money stress? Cant sleep because I need a new car and can't afford one.

I think honestly when you've been poor for a while. You kind of get to a point where you always tell yourself "you can only control what you can control". And kind of just make due with the things you have until you can save up and get it what you need. You look at your situation and really dial it down. And see where you can cut back on things to save up quicker. From even the tiniest things like buying breakfast for work instead of making your own, deleting things off your list that's not really important so you can focus on the main goal. And as for destressing do things that make you happy that won't cost you much or anything at all. I could be stressed for money. But I'm still going to go home and enjoy me some quality content on youtube or listen to music and such.
