How to deal with a nearly sexless marriage?

I had an ex who had endometriosis; We didn't know at first. I have a high drive and I was always feeling, with lack of a better term, inadequate, which physically and mentally isn't a usual issue for me or my partners. The biggest takeaway from my experience is I took it as a personal hit to my ego; In reality it's a chemical imbalance in your partner and possibly yourself. It can become a cognitive dissonance, in an inward standpoint, but that's only due to feeling that things should be a different way.

I would also recommend just looking into this route. Me and my ex have since stopped talking for other reasons, but her life has been night and day comparatively, if you catch my drift.
